About David

Experience is most useful when it stays curious.

I’ve spent more than two decades working at the intersection of learning, technology, and performance. That experience has made me less interested in chasing whatever is new and more interested in understanding what is actually changing, what isn’t, and what those shifts mean for people and work.

I tend to start with questions. What assumptions are we making? What problem are we really trying to solve? What does the language we use reveal about how we think? That curiosity shapes my speaking, writing, conference work, and the conversations I have across the field.

Amplified Learning & Performance

Amplified Learning & Performance is an independent platform I’m building around ideas, curation, and conversations about what matters in learning and performance.

It brings together the Amplified newsletter and Quarterly with a growing set of resources and experiences designed to help people make better sense of what’s changing across the field.
